One young person came to Mend to Extend having never threaded a needle. One afternoon at SCRAP changed that. Now they’re darning socks, stitching SCRAPpy patches onto worn jeans, and keeping their favorite clothes out of the landfill.
Your gift makes moments like this possible. Please give today to help more people learn, create, and mend what they love. GIVE MORE, WASTE LESS.
Help SCRAP Creative Reuse raise $45,000 by December 31st to keep materials out of the landfill and creativity in our communities.
Creative Reuse Center
Our stores are treasure troves of donated art and craft supplies, sold at low prices so creativity is within reach for everyone. Come in for one thing and leave with ten new ideas.
Volunteer Impact
Volunteers sort, price, teach, and help keep SCRAP running. Their time multiplies our reach and turns every shift into a chance to connect and make a difference in our community.
Material Rescue
We keep materials out of the landfill by collecting donations from neighbors, businesses, and organizations. What one person no longer needs becomes another person’s next project.
Community Empowerment
SCRAP is a welcoming space where neighbors gather, share skills, and discover they belong. We partner locally to make creativity and sustainability accessible to all.
Dynamic Education
From youth camps to adult workshops to Mend to Extend to SCRAP @ School, our hands-on programs teach reuse, repair, and creative problem solving. Every class builds skills and sparks curiosity.
SCRAP Gives Back
We share free materials with teachers, nonprofits, and community groups so creative resources reach the people who need them most. When you give to SCRAP, your support keeps giving.
Material Processing
Supports offsetting costs of Diverting 20+ pounds of materials from our landfills every year.
SCRAP Gives Back
