SCRAP PDX Announces Exciting Return to the East Side!
SCRAP Creative Reuse, Portland’s beloved nonprofit dedicated to creative reuse and education for over 25 years, is thrilled to announce that we are moving back to Portland’s East Side! In April 2025, you’ll find us at our new home in Inner Southeast Portland conveniently located near major transit and community hubs. There will be a grand opening celebration in April 2025.
This move marks an exciting return to the east side of Portland. The new location will offer accessible space for unique materials, educational programming, and an inspiring shopping experience designed to spark imagination and creativity.
“We’re thrilled to return to the East Side, a vibrant part of Portland where creativity flourishes citywide,” said Kimberly Maruska, ED of SCRAP Creative Reuse. “This move empowers us to expand our mission of turning waste into wonder, and we’re excited to celebrate with the community during our Grand Opening in Earth Month this April.”
To honor our commitment to the planet and our supporters, SCRAP PDX is planning a Grand Opening celebration packed with special events, workshops, and surprises. Stay tuned for more details as we count down to Earth Month!
